Acquisition on behalf of Prince’s Trust
CSquared have advised, on behalf of a client of the Prince’s Trust, in the acquisition of premises at 186 Wells Road, Bristol. we we’re approached by the Tenant’s solicitors to provide acquisition advice on appropriateness of terms for the new tenancy and also to provide advice on suitability of premises for their clients proposed use.
The tenant, based on our advice and with the backing of The Prince’s Trust, will be opening a shop selling arts and craft goods alongside a café focusing on day long trade to local residents.
