We believe that traditional and heritage buildings have a social and cultural as well as economic importance to society, and we have a custodial duty to help retain the use of historic buildings and support the people who care for them.

Our heritage experts can provide Statements of Heritage Significance, Heritage Impact Assessments, or recording Heritage Assets in line with Historic England’s guidance to support planning and Listed Building Consent applications.  

We also prepare condition and quinquennial reports for future maintenance planning and budgeting, building surveys and specialist defects reports.

We can manage and oversee repairs and alterations to traditional and heritage assets and draw on a combined experience of over forty years in project management to fulfil your aspirations.
