CSquared appointed on Cambridge House, Northgate House & Barton Court, Bath

CSquared has been appointed in an agency and lease advisory capacity to advise AEW on three significant blocks of central Bath property. The buildings which include Cambridge House, Northgate House and Barton Court, were recently acquired by AEW. They provide a mix of retail and office accommodation with a combined floor area of over 150,000 sq ft. The assets have strong repositioning and asset management potential. There are vacancies on the ground floor of Cambridge House for retail or restaurant opportunities. We are also engaged in various re-gear and lease advisory mandates.
