CSquared let 6 George Street, Bath, to established hair salon and help relocate longstanding independant

CSquared were recently instructed to assign the lease at 6 George Street for Instant Vintage, a longstanding independent vintage clothing boutique. Instant Vintage had taken on a second premises in 2017 at Coppice Hill in Bradford-on-Avon through CSquared, which is where they will now be consolidating their George Street operation.

The Assignee, and the new tenant at 6 George Street is Coiffure Ltd, an established hair salon with premises in Frome, Warminster and Chippenham. Coiffure will be a welcome addition to occupiers in the George Street area which include Grace & Mabel, The Suite and Caffé Caruso, tenancies also secured by CSquared. This letting demonstrates high demand for strong secondary locations within the city. The negative rhetoric in respect of retail is not evidenced by CSquared, indeed we have now let or put under offer most of our retail stock.
