CSquared letting to technology leader Arm at 10 Templeback, Bristol
Acting on behalf of Orchard Street Investment, CSquared have agreed a letting with UK-headquartered technology leader Arm. Founded in 1990 Arm is the foundation of the semiconductor industry, with nearly 6,000 employees across 25 offices worldwide. With its headquarters in Cambridge and other UK hubs including Manchester and Sheffield, Arm’s new office at 10 Templeback marks further expansion in the UK and is the company’s first office in the South West.
