Letting secured to Bath University in Oldfield Park to improve amenity provision to students

CSquared has let c. 14,000 sq ft of mixed use accommodation in central Oldfield Park to Bath University, to provide improved facilities to the dense student population the in the areas of Twerton and Oldfield Park, and across the city. The space will provide facilities for clubs, classes and all aspects of extra curricular activity. The University acquired the space to promote these activities and to ensure the welfare of the students as well as to promote active student lives and to enrich the academic experience.
