New appointment to Head of Property Management

CSquared has further strengthened its service offering with the appointment of experienced chartered surveyor Mike Ware as Partner and Head of Property Management.

Mike joins CSquared from Avison Young where he led the property management team across the South and prior to that spent over 12 years at CBRE leading their asset services team in the South West.

CSquared’s office has a well-established property management team with high profile instructions, including Queen Square House in Bath and the recent new instruction of 16-18 Queen Square on behalf of Bath Royal Literary & Scientific Institution.
