Portfolio Sales completion – a welcome Christmas present!

CSquared have sold a portfolio of mixed use buildings in central Bath on behalf of a retained charitable trust client. The transaction completed on Christmas Eve and sold for a sum in excess of £2m and attracted a wide range of bids from local, regional and national prospective purchasers, demonstrating the strength of the local market, and the appetite for commercial property investment.
