CSquared – Bath’s Pre-Eminent Real Estate Adviser

CSquared has reinforced its role as Bath’s pre-eminent real estate adviser by representing two occupiers in the procurement of new office space at Royal Mead, Bath.

On behalf of Wealthtime, a Bath-based adviser platform business, CSquared secured a new headquarters comprising 10,930 sq ft across the 2nd and 3rd floors. CSquared also advised Equisoft, a financial services business, in acquiring 6,830 sq ft on the 1st floor.

Both organisations are currently fitting out their new offices, with moves scheduled in the coming months. CSquared is pleased to have supported both businesses in their relocations and wishes them every success in their new homes.
