Society Café are the latest in a string of recent lettings at The Corridor quarter in Bath. CSquared negotiated the lettings on behalf of retained clients. The letting points to an increased appetite for retail in the city, with the rental tone on the letting above pre 2007 levels.

We called for best bids before settling on the Society Café as the most suitable tenant for the line up. Society Café are a young and vibrant company with aspirations for further stores next year.’
