CSquared have completed an off market sale of 5 Moorland Road, Bath. The premises have been used by a local fish and chip operator for many years, but the business ran in to trouble and the landlord peaceably re-entered after a period of non payment of rent.

The Landlord took the decision to dispose of the asset and CSquared were brought in to advise on the disposal. The Scallop Shell are a premium and renowned local operator who had already expressed an interest in setting up a takeaway outlet in addition to their existing premises.
