CSquared, acting on behalf of a private Trust have acquired premises on Walcot Street, Bath for £525,000 ex VAT. the sale follows on from the firms disposal of 84-86 and 114-116 Walcot Street last year, and the acquisition of 136a. the premises offered a mix of a3/a5 at ground floor and basement with residential on the upper levels.
