CSquared have let 2 Prior Park, previously occupied by the well loved Round-a-bout clothes store to a new care in the home consultancy, Sentinel Independent Living.

We were able to arrange a surrender and grant of a new lease, releasing our client from their liability as guarantor to the lease, and giving the ingoing tenant a restructured lease to suit their requirements.
