Soho launch in Bath city centre

CSquared have let the former Lush store on Union Street to Soho Coffee at a rent of £175,000pa. The premises were under offer soon after our instruction but when they curbed their expansion programme due to world affairs, the Soho coffee chain were quick to pounce on the opportunity. They are fitting out with a view to be open this side of Christmas and we are all looking forward to our first cup of coffee!
