CSquared are delighted to have let 5 Green Park House, Bath to Toniq Life Fitness

Following the completion of Green Park House by Bath Spa University to accommodate their growing student population, CSquared and JLL were appointed to secure a tenant in the ground floor commercial premises opposite Green Park in Bath’s City Centre.

Following a successful planning application for change of use, the premises have been let to personal training and fitness studio Toniq Life . The company, who currently offer personal training services at the Apthorp Centre in Bath and Babington House (part of the Soho House Group) near Kilmersdon will now be offering personal training and Hiit classes following a comprehensive fit out of the premises.
