CSquared expanding to new offices

We are delighted to announce that in our 10th year CSquared are expanding to new offices.

The team grew in 2017 with the addition of Rupert Bendell and Joe Brennan, to expand our service offer to include rural and land consultancy, planning, and a deepening of our development agency offering together with building surveying services.

We will continue to use 1 Queen Square as our front of house however the team are now based at 12B George Street on the Gay Street corner. Following a comprehensive programme of refurbishment works the suite of offices now provide a contemporary working environment within a period setting.

Allan Lloyd commented, “it has been a fantastic journey so far and following a growth in staff number and service offer, we felt it was the right time to invest in our future as a firm, to put us at the forefront of the local commercial property market. Further, we are looking forward to the new space being an environment that reflects our brand and working ethos as well having first class meeting space in which to greet existing and new clients.”
