CSquared advised a leading UK commercial property investment manager on a rent review of 23,000 sq ft of Grade A office space on the 2nd floor of 10 Templeback, Bristol.

Csquared also negotiated terms for a partial surrender of the tenant’s space and variations to the existing lease resulting in an extended term certain.
