Successful sale of consented retirement village site

CSquared have sold a consented retirement village site in Petersfield Hampshire. The consented and proposed scheme is for 70 age restricted units, within 16 buildings including 28 apartments and 42 houses. The scheme includes a staff building and a Care Hub with communal facilities including a restaurant, gym and lounge.

The site was marketed to c.4,000 active requirements as well as press advertisements and a LinkedIn campaign.

After a best and final process produced a range of bids the transaction was transacted through to completion within 3 weeks.
