CSquared Investment team acquire significant single tenant office investment on behalf of TCN

In June 2021 CSquared advised TCN UK on the acquisition of Camden Mill & Charles Bayer Building, Bath.

The 30,000 sq ft office building was acquired from a private vendor for £9,500,000/4.50% NIY.

CSquared jointly advised the purchaser with Clay Street. The vendor was represented by Carter Jonas
