CSquared acquire Royds Withy King LLP HQ for private client for c. £6m

Delighted to announce that on behalf of a retained private family trust, we have acquired the freehold interest of this well let office investment, Midland Bridge House in Bath for a total consideration of £5,925,000.

Located just a short walk from the historic centre of Bath, the office is single let to Royds Withy King LLP; has recently been subject to additional expenditure by the tenant; and has a substantial car park, offering longer term redevelopment opportunities. The purchasers are seeking to hold the premises medium to long term and capitalise on the improving rental tone in office space in the city and across the SW, as well as the impending re-positioning of this quarter of Bath with the Homebase site and Pinesgate both earmarked for re-development in the medium term.
